In each region of the world various factors are holding them back. In Pakistan mullahism is holding it back. Referance use Turkey as country that purged it's mullahs - then placed them at orders of the state via the diyanat system and result that country is the most advanced in the Muslim world.

You know what, if people want to progress, they will progress, even if their land doesn't grow a single kernel of Wheat. No ideology, no system will be able to hold them back.
And if people don't want to advance, they don't want to progress, then they will not grow, even if their land is feeding a good percentage of the world.
As I mentioned before, and I am mentioning it again, it's in the mentality of the people. It's not about religion. Two world wars took place in the absence of religion. It's the ultimate greed of humans, that leads them to use things differently, wrongly. Even if we get rid of religion, trust me, people will find something else. More mean, more focused, more deadly.
There is an animal in every human, and religion is here to control it. You might hate religion, but you have not seen the side of humans that religion has been able to control till now. I have seen it. Maybe you also have. But I feel it, I appreciate it.

We have devolved govt where provincial govts have most of the power and the smaller provinces get a larger % of the pie than the population they have.

it is a problem one ethnicity pushes itself over others. you will see it in media, education, military, jobs.
all them smaller provinces still have to report to that one group. yes there is corruption, feudalism, illiteracy, and inferiority to west and sell out government as an added problem.

This charge should be placed at those people who top in being lackeys to western dress, brands etc and that would be Chinese, Turks, Singaporans, Koreans etc. Their entire cultures have copied the west. On my last visit to Turkey something like 95% of the people and that includes females wore 'western clothing' with nominal hijabs being visible. In China they almost wear 99% western clothing. Ever seen Erdogan visiting Pakistan dressed like Ertrugul?

Then compare Pakistan where most men including many leaders wear shalwar Kamiz.

If you are talking about Punjabis , then I am extremely glad they are in majority. Punjabis are the only non-racist or least racist ethnicity in Pakistan.

I am so glad no Baloch , Pashtun or Sindhi or bengali are in majority in this country .

I don't agree. Even if the quota system for govt jobs is skewed in favour of Punjab, if our economy wasn't of a third world shithole we wouldn't care about govt jobs. In every successful country the private sector dominates jobs and economic growth.

Instead we have the disease of salkari nokri.

I want us to become productive and rational like Korea/Japan and then we will be wealthy. Identify as Pakistani and everything else is just conversation. Adopt the Jinnah archetype as a baseline of character and watch how rapidly you make progress. The blueprint has already been given to you, stop running away from destiny.

They Koreans/Japaneses spend 10~12+hours on studing or working and fully focas on it eveyday,i don't think Pakistans can do so.
