Why is Nawaz Sharif Lying?

Both are going to move unless there is a major intervention ... one is likely to surround PM house and the other occupy Parliament grounds. I doubt they will enter the buildings.

PAT to move in front of PM House! So PTI in Parliament grounds ...

Can you backup your sweeping statements with some proof, especially Kargil, Mushy and KPK progress

Before you ask me, I'd like for you to do a search on this very forum on Kargil. You'll come across a couple of forums where these things were discussed. There was some X-Paf veterans who explain what I did also.

On KPK, there are a couple of threads that show shameful progress. Plus, if you like, open up a thread on here and let people participate. Non-IK lovers will give you the reality. The place is a mess and this is where IK needed to put his focus till the next elections. He would actually have a REALLY strong case to go get the PM seat had he done the work. Instead, he messed up there and got greedy and listened to BAD advise. Now, his political future is ended for the most part.
BTW, I am not against IK or NS or Mullah. I just want Pakistan to progress as a country. It bothers me to see a country having the right amounts of investment that would change its face, will help people to grow it literally in less then three - four years and it'll show everyone what a democratic system can do. BUT....these negative politics have halted all that and has given really bad press yet again, scaring off the investors.
IK and NS have met, IK knows EXACTLY what NS is about to do and build for Pakistan. If I was IK or anyone else, knowing probably the ONLY and the BEST opportunity the country had, I'd sit back and support the gov't for a better Pakistan. Its shameful that IK praised NS for all the work in HIS house three months ago and then tried to take down the entire system. This is very selfish and against the best interests of 200 Million people. On the other hand, Mullah is doing the same thing, however, its worst because religious Pasters and Clerics are roll models for many people. Here, you have a foreign citizen who is lying and bringing people out based on his religious affiliation and he's lying left and right, destroying his image, the level of purity a religious leader has to show and on top of that, instigating hate, destruction and killings.

The world's media watches his calls to destruction and says, SEE, this is what religious nuts like this guy do, this is the true face of Islam, intolerant as hell. If you guys are cool showing this on the screen and destroying whatever reputation was left, I guess I shouldn't be complaining and let you guys dig up a grave for your reputation across the globe!

Interesting rumor: According to source PM has asked Army Chief to sack ISI Chief. Army Chief refused and said wait for two months. He will retire and go himself.

Its nothing like that. They are ALL working together. The main culprit of this crap is a special visitor from Dubai who's been in Islamabad and Lahore for the past three months (right after NS and IK met and everything was good).

Both are going to move unless there is a major intervention ... one is likely to surround PM house and the other occupy Parliament grounds. I doubt they will enter the buildings.

You want bodies don't you? I said it three days ago, no one's moving "anywhere". This show has ended. These guys are needing a Face Save deal and they'll go home. Since they've heard the stance of the military, they've already started to pack up. This is it, time to go home after the failed show.
I wish someone can sue these idiots to spread the cost of 4 Trillion loss between the two and take away their funding enterprise to pay for the loss. That would teach a lesson to others. This is nuts. An entire country put on a freeze due to two idiots with ego and Bi Polar mental disorder.

This is about to end. I told you guys three days ago. The little invite to COAS to cause confusion actually back fired. He told them the military won't intervene as its a Civilian matter. But, he DID tell them, a FEW more feet over the fence and the Military will use its force irrespective of who crosses into the Red lines because the military protects the State Buildings (State Symbols like the Parliament, PM house and all). Which is WHY they never issued another "threat" to take over and "deadline" to meet demands otherwise we'll go take over these buildings. They very well knew the consequences so they were packing their bags for two days hoping they'd get a Face Saving deal. Shameful, negative politics at its best by two mentally ill people!

So watch these two sour losers STILL negotiate a Face Saving deal with the SAME government they entirely refused even talk. Speaks volumes for how terrible of a failure this drama was. At the cost of 4 Trillion to an entire nation. Two men's mental illness (Bi Polar) resulting in inflated ego and grandiosity and the ENTIRE nation had to pay. The 4 Trillion in 1 month is biggest loss than any corruption scandal in the past 5 years I think. These two should be sued at the least to recover for 4 Trillion ( the Public money that was lost).

I am sitting at the beach you dumb **** illiterate idiot. You learned to write English but the extremism didn't go out of your system did it?
Second, I know how to read and speak Urdu. Third, I don't need to watch Pakistani channels as I don't care for the details. I get them live from the place. Last, my point hasn't changed.

This is that LAST Face Saving these two wanted. Watch how its going to end in a day.I have been saying the SAME thing over and over. This is about to end. Now please stop ruining my Beach time. When these idiots finish up, I'll come post it. Till then, re-read what I've already written instead of getting emotional like a girl on periods!

Before I say anything, I'd like to know how many of you actually hold law degrees from an English speaking country (no offense intended). The reason I asked this, is because what I am about to explain, is (1) Legal Language (2) Requires Prior Knowledge of Dealing with a Legal System, so the language and the meanings are clear.

Well in that case, you've found your guy.

Don't worry, I am probably ten times more qualified than you when it comes to law (Unless offcourse, you are a law-graduate). I am studying Law in one of the top-ten public universities in the United States.

Hint: California.

But then again, I don't know why people should have " law degrees from an English speaking country (no offense intended)" to understand your argument(s).

The case is simple: Elections happened. There are serious reservations about the validity of the elections. It is universally accepted that massive rigging happened in those elections. In every constituency, according to government's own interior minister, 40,000 to 70,000 votes are unverifiable. This casts serious doubts on validity of the whole process.

Remember, whether reservations regarding last elections turn out to be true or not, that does not matter under the law. What matters is that are these reservations valid? And ask any legal expert out there...the reservations on Pakistani elections are more than valid. Everyone agrees on it. Moreover, government's actions like sacking head of NADRA chief without any valid reason dents government's legitimacy even further. And then you have murder of 14 people at the hands of government and victims are not not even allowed to register FIR against the chief minister of Punjab.

All of this brings the legitimacy of the government to a very low point due to valid reservations of a large portion of masses (Unlike Republican cry babies' bs against Obama administration).

Under these circumstances, the second-largest party of the country demands a total re-election under reformed electoral process with biometric system installed---so rigging can be minimized and country's democratic base can be strengthened by giving it true moral credibility.

As a law student, this makes absolutely perfect sense.

What is your argument against it?

For the record and through my contacts, here is what I know. IK and Mullah decided to call up the Military and requested a meeting. The COAS's office knowing the situation, called the Interior Minister as he's ultimately responsible for internal country decision making. He then authorize the meeting and told the COAS that he should use his positive influence to tell these guys to drop it and get some face saving so people including women and children can go home. That was it. There wasn't more to it. However, before the COAS could get to the PM or the Interior Minister as these meetings happened very late at night, both the Mullah and IK came out and threw fiery speeches as if they reached a deal independently.

This PML(N) propaganda line has been denied by ISPR itself.

It was government who went to Army and asked for their "positive role" in order to diffuse the current deadlock between the government and the protesters.

Pressure mounts on Pakistan leader to quit as protests continue
BY MARIA GOLOVNINA AND MEHREEN ZAHRA-MALIK

On his own follower's face!

Pressure's been there for months by people instigating terrorism. Today, every single drop of blood is on Taliban Khan and Mullah Terrorist.

@Aeronaut @Hyperion @Jzaib you banned me again from the other thread. So if I support this Civilian Terrorism, I can write anything I want to (like the rest of you) against the government. But if I am against people getting killed....you guys don't like what I write and I keep getting banned???
People can curse me out and that's ok with you guys but when I report it, no action taken? Your owners and partners can come and say whatever they want to and that's alright but if I tell someone something that's not?

I think time is coming when there may be another forum needed like this, only with more respect for its members and for open, honest and clear discussions and not a few's agenda. You can go ahead and ban me from here if that helps your ego boost a little. Can't believe you guys went to Western schools with the mindset I am seeing here.

Well in that case, you've found your guy.

When you graduate and need a job as a start up attorney with a reputable law firm with lots of international focus, IM me on here. I can get you employed, granted you have all the credentials needed!!

.

1) Second largest party of where??? And who has the right to put people into Blood Bath? And this "second largest party" you referred to, came into government because NS allowed them to build the government in KPK.....imagine that? Plus, ALL other parties are standing with the system so you break Parliament based on 1 person out of 99%? with 20K people out of 200 Million?

Their is the legal system and Parliament. You apparently study in law school and you mentioned "top ten" so I assume Stanford or Berkeley...can you imagine Republicans (no matter how ticked off they are with Obama, doing this)? Can YOU as an individual instigate such violence and hate anywhere in the US and threaten the entire government leaders and all? (NO matter how corrupt they are)? If your answer is yes, Law isn't the right choice for you to be honest.

2) My argument isn't their wishes or "demands". My and every SANE person's argument is the PROCESS. Violence is HARDLY justified. This is a dangerous thing to do. The Government goes away, then who'll ever stay? Because anyone with 20K people will come and take over any PM and its system. You've lost over 4 Trillion already, you think a couple of more of these incidents and your country can survive when your leader IK is too busy playing the ethnic card all day "Punjab Police, Punjab Government, Sindh this and that"??? He's taking you all to fight, get divided and get the map of the country cut in pieces.

3) If you believe the story through propaganda, then its fine. The two idiots contacted the COAS to meet. COAS ran it by the interior minister and then they asked him while you talk to those two, use your positive influence. He did that and also told them that the military protects these installations. Before he could get back to the PM and the IM, the two idiots decided to take advantage of the early AM and started to throw speeches as if they did a deal with the government directly. And the government came back, explained itself in THE PARLIAMENT which is the place for them to do this stuff vs. the streets. Then, ISPR clarified the same. So where's the disconnect?

Last but not least, you still didn't give me "legal" court of law constitutional definitions of these terms like "Facilitator" vs. the "Decision Maker" vs, "the Mediator"...

This bastard jabroni will lie up to any level to protect his illegal & enemy of the state Kingdom.

Pakistan crisis a ‘tiny storm’, says Sharif
PM scoffs at size of crowd, says handful of protesters cannot dictate parliament.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday dismissed the ongoing sit-ins at Islamabad’s D-chowk as a “transient storm”, adding that he could not submit to the unacceptable demands of few thousand protesters. (1)

Speaking to reporters in Lahore, Sharif said it has been government’s endeavour to resolve the ongoing crisis through negotiations. All legitimate demands of the protesters have been accepted but their insistence on his resignation had no constitutional or legal base. (2)

The prime minister said nobody would be allowed to undermine democracy. He scoffed at the size of crowd of protesters, describing it as a “roaring sea of empty chairs”. (1)

“You see how many people are there at the dharna?” Sharif asked. “It is a sea of empty chairs,” he said with a laugh. (1)

“This is just a tiny storm, a tumult, which would be ended in a few days,” (1) he added.

When asked if he would be willing to meet PTI chief Imran Khan to resolve the crisis, Sharif said the continuing talks are meant to lead to such development.

The “protest sit-in has caused massive loss to Pakistan’s economy”, he said, adding “we will retrieve that but they must realise that protests have affected the development projects.”

Sharif said protests have undermined country’s image abroad leading to cancellation of some important visits.

He said due to these sit-ins, two heads of states postponed their visits to Islamabad while he himself could not attend the oath-taking ceremony of the Turkish president.

“Now the Chinese president will visit Pakistan. We are collaborating with the Chinese government on a number of projects and this might have an adverse impact,” said Sharif.

Sharif said all demands of protesters had already been accepted.

“We have already accepted all their demands, of electoral reforms and establishment of a commission,” he said, referring to the judicial commission to investigate rigging claims.

Sharif added the findings of the judical commission would be made public and would be acceptable to his government

He said the National Assembly has passed a resolution that no conspiracy against democracy will be allowed to succeed and the government is determined to implement this resolution as it is the voice of the people. (2)

Pakistan crisis a ‘tiny storm’, says Sharif - Khaleej Times

--------------------------------

(1) They still cannot decide the protestors are few hundreds or few thousands or sea of empty chairs. If they are in small numbers why bring in thousands of police forces? If they are just sea of empty chairs do you need anti riot police to remove the sea of chairs why cannot municipal workers do it?
(2) Which constitution? the one which is does not give the rights to the citizens? It is nothing but worth pissing on it. Just give me the percentage of the population which get their rights as per the constitution?
