Not at all if by changing their religion it will make them safe and secure so be it, and if you do research about Iranian culture majority of them cares more about their country than religion unlike other Muslim countries in the region.

Iran becoming a Christian majority country doesn't bother you? You sure?

Christians are better than ISIS

Looks like its bothering you more than Iranis. People are silently leaving Islam in Pakistan as well. One can easily notice the rise of atheists in Pakistan on social websites.
This religion is the reason why the brothers like Kashmiris,Pakistanis,Bengalis, and Indians hate and kill each others

You know, in Turkey things are different. Turks who are leaving Islam are becoming in 99 percent of the cases atheists. In Iran and even some Arab countries like Algeria, people simply change their religion from Islam to Christianity. That's a very important point for me. However, I'm a Moslem and secular democrat and therefore I have to accept the free decision of the people we are talking about.

Truth be told, it's easier for me to accept an atheist Iranian rather than a Christian one. IN Turkey, secular Turks may behave like Westerners but they never accept a white cultural hegemony and they never gonna deny the ethnic, cultural and traditional heritage of our country, whereas atheist or Christian Iranians and Arabs are acting like real wannabe Whites/Europeans. They suddenly feel abashed of their own culture, religion, country etc.

Arabs and Iranians simply don't know how to handle secularism without utterly enculturating themselves in Western narratives.

I am not really fan of atheism because i believe spirituality is a part of humans same as the need of eating and drinking so it is normal to believe in something, like a higher forces. But, i accept Christianity and Zoroastrianism because both promotes love, worshiping one god and living in a proper manners.
Lastly, as i mentioned previously anything people of Iranian people wants.
Islam on the other hand both Shia and sunni require a lot of reformations and changes to make it suitable for future generations.

This is how the future of your country is gonna look like if the majority of Iranians share your opinion:

I only heard and saw these falsehoods from Pan-Turks which is nothing but dreams.
But, after that awful coup and the aftermaths turkey should be more careful about its future and people, as you know
Constantinople and northern Cyprus doesn't belong to you guys.
This debate ends here and now.

That's not true, absolutely not true. If anyone leaves Islam, it's most likely to direct opposite side, which is atheism. I am living in Iran and I don't notice any rise in Christianity like the exaggeration in the article.

The article is full of nonsense. It mentions 'rise of Christianity' in Iran while mentioning Iranians in Europe, those who have illegally migrated and decided to turn into Christians to gain citizenship easier.

No worries, this is not happening.

The person who made this map should be categorized in the most stupid class of humans. So many things are wrong with this map that I don't even wanna begin describing them.

The pan turks and arabs maps are funny

If you know the history and the geography of iran you wouldn't post this stupid map

The Turkmens and the qashais don't make up any majority in iranian regions

It shows the 100% persian cities like Shiraz and Isfahan and fars as qashai and khurasan as Turkmen and bandar abbas and hormozgan as arab which make say the one who made this map and the people who believe it are total donkeys

This is great propaganda. Here is the reality about catholic christianity(the biggest christian church in the world)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Priest_shortage_in_the_Roman_Catholic_Church

Currently catholic church faces an astonishing shortage of priests. In Europe they are forced to import priests from Africa and elsewhere to stop the decline

There is no reason for someone to become christian today out of ideological reasons. Why? Because christianity is a pagan nonsense. In churches they still insist that they give you to eat
"the blood and body of christ". The Pope still insists to declare people as "saints" based on fabricated miracles. During easter orthodox priests continue to insist that the holy fire is given directly by god etc

The rising irreligiousness is a global trend. Traditionalism and especially Islamic traditions are rarely surviving in my opinion. Seems like people are willingly opting for more beastial life choices regardless of ethnicity, race, or nationality.

I went to the US in Ramadan and I met many Iranians in LA who even hesitate to have the current Iranian flag in their houses. it seems the only flag they have is that from Shah era. Yes those I saw and met are generally atheists, I don't know if they became atheists as a reaction to khomeinist revolution or they are originally atheists since they were in Iran before 1979. but there are multiple of Iranians who emigrated in the last decade due to political and economical reasons. I guess they want to live but the Iranian regime doesn't take into consideration how struggling and suffering those people are.
I don't care that much how they perceive me because that means nothing to me unless they have aggressive intentions.
They just want their country back from the current regime but they don't know how.

They are atheist, Christians or whatever else affiliation because they have the freedom where in Saudi Arabia you are forced to be Muslim or beheaded.

No point of becoming a christian unless you want to take benefits. Islam says the same things as christianity but its far more rational.

Iranians r the most irreligious middle eastern people I have met.
They have a very strong persian identity.
