There are cultural reasons for the problems in Pakistan as tribal mentality is widespread there.
The lack of education is also one of the main problems in Pakistan as Pakistan has the lowest
literacy rate in South Asia. Pakistanis can only blame themselves for their problems.

Lol, literacy doesnt mean you can just write your name. There needs to be a complete revision on the meaning of literacy. Right now South Asia sees repeating ABC, or writing your name as literacy. Not a completely reliable thing.

Two questions:

India has a higher literacy rate than Pakistan, India has a higher GDP per capita than Pakistan
and India has a higher HDI than Pakistan. Even Bangladesh is doing better than Pakistan.
