I won't mind the increase Mr. Chairman, money was never a consideration (but you know one has to pay the doodhwala and akhbarwala etc), your kind words are all the motivation I need. I like working in an environment where my solutions are considered and implemented.

@The Sandman no Mr. chairman the greater good requires all and every means to be used at your disposal. The symbols of hierarchy (like exclusive privileges) should remain available to top tier ........ it would help maintaining discipline and better control. From now on everyone should know their place and not try transgress.

I would further suggest to run a religious campaign against people who are trying using sacred labels like "Ameer ul momineen" how dare they I mean? Mr. chairman we should consider our own circumstances the people of that time were great true Muslims they helped implementing, spreading and expanding Islam ..... no ordinary people of today should try using their labels. Further Mr. chairman we don't want our minorities to feel insecure.
