Ok let me give you an example. A constitution does not have eyes and feet to walk around and see what is happening in the nation. Hitler could have had such a constitution and infact his officers were in denial to the end of the massive abuses handed down by his cronies. What matters is what is really happening on the ground. You might have a constitution but in reality some thing else is happening. People are being victimized because of their genealogical heritage.

sir, for your kind information we have separate police station for ST and SC people so that they can register their complain freely. we have reservations for them in educational institutions and in govt. jobs. They are politically very powerful now. Behen mayawati is having dalit background. we are happy with their growth. but thanks for the concerns.
