Why don’t Western Countries see China as a Democratic Country, but the Chinese think It Is

.
Democracy:

Good governance
Affordable housing and healthcare
Public safety
Non-intervention and non-aggression
Free and universal access to education
Social harmony
Social trust
Income equality
Public control of military

Lack of democracy or imperfect democracy:

Bad governance
Lack of affordable housing and healthcare
Public insecurity
Interventionism and aggression
Inequal access to education
Social disharmony and fraction
Lack of social trust, looting, mass shooting
Income inequality
Military control of government

In theory, yes, but when?

that is absolute bull shit. prince andrew walked away wat ppl can do except be angry noting can be done to royals. the royals elect the slave government politicians etc and they serve the royals not other way around. its illusion you have choice even if you do have choice it still lead to the same road.

Before iraq war there was such a massive uproar and protesting by the ppl did it stop the elite greed for war nope.

I am talking of today's time, obviously. I can also open the history of China to see how perfectly lovely and peaceful the Chinese 'democracy' has been.
We are talking about the same government, I want to know the last time when you got a revolt, what happened?
Why queens and kings have born privilege? why they can spend taxpayers money to live a luxury life?

In Britain the people choose to retain the Queen as head of state. The power of funding the Queen is with the people. She is like an institution.

It's not a choice, it's something they have to live with. in a sense , Chinese communist party is like a institution in China, same as the queen in UK.

No. You have no power to change the communist party rule. British government can democratically decide to end the royal family system if they wish. They don't because of its deep history and heritage, so the royal institution gives stability to their multi party democracy. Moreover, UK makes a lot of money from tourism because of the royal family.

Chinese Communist party dramatically changed several times during the past 50 years, but UK royal family system hasn't. when do you think Brits will get rid of those priviledged bunch?

If the British decide to get rid of the royal system, they will, if they want to keep them, they will, and they do. That is the freedom which you don't have regarding the communist party.

Which part of their constitution says it and how often they vote to find it out?

According to the research, British taxpayers lose about $468 million a year just to have a head of state

Wikipedia: Finances of the British Royal Family --
The finances of the British royal family come from a number of sources. The British government supports the monarch and some of her family financially[1] by means of the Sovereign Grant, which is intended to meet the costs of the sovereign's official expenditures.[2] This includes the costs of the upkeep of the various royal residences, staffing, travel and state visits, public engagements, and official entertainment.[3] Other sources of income include revenues from the Duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall, a parliamentary annuity, and income from private investments. The Keeper of the Privy Purse is Head of the Privy Purse and Treasurer's Office and has overall responsibility for the management of the sovereign's financial affairs.[4]

I guess the number this study released doesn't include everything

Chinese leaders are real people vary with opinions on everything just like everyone on the street, the only difference is they belong to the well informed and experienced elite group, their decision making is for the long term planning and development for the country, not short term general public popularity contest like western democracies.
