why dont we model clifton beach on vice city beach?

if you look at vice city beach it is so beautifully planned, there is a walking track just on corner of the beach and besides the walking track there is a green belt with palm trees, and the green belt is wide too, and then there is a big footpath and the two lane road

whats the point of no trees near the beach? and whats the point of so many flood lights, we can have some dim street lamps but flood lights makes it unattractive in the night?

why cant we model our clifton beach on the lines of vice city beach?

and now compare this, we have this crappy looking treeless, unattractive clifton beach(full of ranghad qoum and nearly off limits for middle class karachiites :ohno:
