Why does Pakistan will never able to build kalabagh dam?

Kalabagh Dam is just a political card and nothing else. Everything happening is just to make people fool. If someone really sincere to solve the problem than he would have gone for other dams.

Kalabagh dam is become so controversial that now we have two choices:
1- Keep convincing people about Kalabagh dam which we are doing since last 30 years and probably gonna do for next 30 years.
2- Build dams which are not controversial and can solve the water and electricity shortage problem.
We have to decide do we want to solve the water and electricity problem or we want to waste time on useless kalabagh dam discussion.
Unfortunately we love to be fooled by politicians and probably same gonna happened this time also.

Until Pakistan as nation wakes up like China on National Federal Matters we won't make Massive Engineering Projects
The ideology I will object till my village gets a Burger king or I will object till I have a cut or political benefit this will continue to slow down progress
Or if I made a road in middle of my village my dues are all paid or my farm land will get water first
Lets look at the issue of FATA , why is it merged in 2018 and not in 1946? It was just a adhoc behavior at time with no follow up.
There is no solid foundation work for Interior matters or policy which goes above the single person's agenda or single village agenda or single city agenda
Capital Punishment of Corruption = Death Penalty on Federal Project Similar to done in China

- Fast Track Land acquisition (Should be done 1-2 days)
- Fast Track Human Resource Hiring
- Fast Track commencement of work
- Fast Track Movement to secure finances
- 1-3 Accounting Firms Keeping close check on Money / Cheques / Wires
