Masrufiyat means Busy... It is an urdu word actually but Kashmiris often use it in their language!

KPs should also have been taught Urdu in schools

KPs who I know in Kashmir speak fluent urdu!! Don't know about migrants.

Ouch
No but Urdu is not taught usually to KPs. Devnagari script is used instead.
They themselves are not interested in studying urdu... But KPs who i know in Srinagar (Originally from Budgam) speak good Urdu including infamous Nidhi Razdan.

You have also visited Gulmarg and Nishat- Shalimar-- I thought you were in your friend's residence. Besides, which e-mail ID you had sent an email... I didn't share any e-mail ID with you
I spent more than 3 Weeks in Jammu and Kashmir and explored most of it (Gulmarg, sonmargh, tulip and other gardens, Leh Ladakh) etc.
PS: My friend's family has Carpets (Handicrafts) business in Kashmir and Dubai and one of her elder brother is serving "INDIAN ARMY".
