Your first link shows that there is no religious bias atleast. The woman who was alleged raped was a non-Muslim.
Second link shows that the accused was suspended and a court of inquiry initiated, so clearly not an official BSF policy of rape and murder.

That is exactly what the BSF does. Whether it is an official policy or not is immaterial. Why would India even admit it would be an official policy?

First you accused of BSF targetting muslims specifically. Your post belies that.
Second, your post also shows that BSF acted on the accusation, suspended the soldier and initiated enquiry. So what is your complain?

I am not complaining. The Bangladeshi media is, and so is the international Human Rights Watch,
A foreign citizen arrested in any country under the Vienna convention has the right to consular access ( Remember ICC ruling in Commodore Jadhav's case ).
A foreign citizen can be detained, arrested, tried by due process of the law and awarded a punishment and deported. Where does Murder and rape come in?

The Bangladeshi citizens arrested are too dirt poor to go to the ICC so instead of prosecution and trial
for rape and murder the BSF jawan gets off with a "suspension " .

To be fair, the BD Human Rights watch has lumped the BSF violations with BD's own internal human rights violations which in my view is not correct.

Read my second post in this thread. In December 2020 the BGB chief Mohammed Shafeenul Islam, and BSF Chief Rakesh Asthana met to resolve these problems. The BGB chief ended up blaming his own people for getting shot while trying to enter India.

I answered your question on why your thugs are not raping our women on our border, which is because there are severe consequences for doing so.
