Why do India and China not get Along?

i think indian army is scared of chinese army. they don't want to fight china even at the cost of more land grab which chinese are doing. as said by ajai shukla, india will eventually vacate more of it's land but announced that china is vacating. it's basically a face saving tactic. india is a country with the most coward army.

Wonder why the brave Pakistan army has not taken advantage of the cowardice and freed kashmir from Indian control ?

Not only Indian, you must ask Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese, Bhutanese, Mangolian, Hongkonger, They will clear your doubt who is the aggressor.

Indians tried to capture Chinese land and they got what they deserved. India has problems with all its neighbors, trying to gobble land from wherever it can. They don't even spare smaller countries like Nepal, Musharaf once said India is huge, but has a small heart. .

China is a geopolitically caged nation

CPC perceives its only option of survival is to ensure conflicts are sustained among its neighbors

Examples-
North Korea vs South Korea and Japan
Vietnam vs Cambodia
India vs Pakistan

This naturally invites contempt of India towards Chinese for behaving like European imperialist wannabes nearly half century after last of decolonization

Their both competitors and want to be the dominant power in South Asia. India is America/Isreal's Ally and they don't want China/Pakistan to get control over South Asia. America's hostile actions and lack of action against china have pushed many south asian countries away from their side and over to China like the Philippines. Now, basically every country in SA is either china's ally or neutral with the exception of India. I am not saying one is better than the other but this is just the geopolitical reality.

India is no one's ally. If there is a war break out between China and India, Americans will only sell weapons and use India as cannon fodder to confront China. Americans will only join the war if China is completely exhausted, otherwise US will hesitate.

US never confront a great power in war directly, US is good at using other nations to fight their war.

India is a tool to be consumed. There is no treaty that US will protect India, and India knew it very well they can't bet on US troops at all.

The last thing US want is another China.

So no, India will not become China. Cannon fodder is cannon fodder.
