BD should take the Farakka case to international court. As to the Chinese dam, BD should approach Chinese government for a technical evaluation and raise your concerns. I believe that all parties along the rivers need to be reasonable on water sharing. We have all seen the ugly attitudes of Indian posters on water sharing，as well as Indian greedy water terrorism on both BD and PA.

If we take back South Tibet, I don't think we would have any problems with BD on water sharings. The same could be said Indus river if Kashmir becomes part of Pakistan or independent.
