Let admit that we are elegant and classy, that's why we invented chopstick to eat with rice and noodle. I personally always request chopstick whenever I eat anything.I didn't mean anything by it, just that , i prefer using chopsticks or spoon / fork.

I thought all your rice goes to make sushi. here we don't like sticky rice for our curries. Rice in the Biryani should strictly be non-sticky.
@Nihonjin1051 I have seen all episodes of "cooking with Dog" on youtube. I am aware of Japanese cuisine.
I like boiled rice with meat bases curries. These are my favorites.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani
Rajma Chawal (beans and rice)
Lemon fried rice.
Pulav
Kheer (rice pudding of milk, rice, sugar and dry fruits)

Looks delicious ! I love Chicken Biryani, i never had he Hyderbadi style, but i did have the Karachi style.
Chicken tikka masala.....with garlic nan...wow.
I'm officially hungry. Thanks a lot, @INDIC !!
Hyderabadi style is extremely spicy and most famous of all varieties of Biryanis in South Asia. It is eaten with Mirchi ka salan and yogurt. I don't believe a Japanese could take on the heat in the Biryani until its adapted to their spice tolerance. BTW I am a great fan of Ramen broth, my favorite is egg drop ramen.
HA HA HA!! Man, i ate Tamil Veggie Curry before (effing super spicy , hot). I bet i can devour Hyderbadi style biryani. Just make sure i get some milk on the side....
btw, so you know how to cook?!
You mean chettinad. Yes, I cook both because of compulsion and love for it. Here is mirch ka salan and yogurt for Hyderabadi Biryani. Mirchi ka salan is gravy of spliced green bell chillies(less hot) in peanut-coconut paste.
