Why can't India/Pakistan/China/Bangladesh be as clean as Australia?

.
Easy, because H-index works off number of citations and in research work, you don't necessarily cite things because it is key to your research development. You cite it because it is in your research circle. Hence why it is not an accurate measurement for quality of work.

You are deflecting, as usual.

My point being, regardless if h-index have authority over output of scientific research, it does not change the fact that NUMBER OF PUBLISHED ARTICLE is not even a measurement standard for Scientific research.

I can debate you with h-index all day long, that does not do anything to what you said, which is the number alone should be the indicator, which it isn't, even if you are true or correct about h-index (Which is actually, not, but beside the point), that only present an argument that h index is not the best tool to measure the output, but that does not do anything to prove number alone should be a yard stick for the output

And also H-index does not work on citation, but citation impact, which is beyond simply counting the number of citation for article or author.

Sorry , I corrected it . It is 47 INR for each AUD.

Which are the places to see in India? Which are the party places? Don't really want to see beaches etc Australia has the worlds best beaches, and from what I have seen the beaches in India are very dirty, so no need to see that.

Australia is the most pristine, beautiful, gorgeous country on the planet, we are good at almost every sport, and we love the great outdoors. With a population of only 23.13 million, yet we are competitive in every field be it sports, technology, science, health, research we are up there with the best.

The question is why can't other nation in Asia use Australia as a example? Why is it so hard in these nation for people to not litter, or defecate in the streets?

China is comparatively quite clean

You can visit Rajasthan, Lots of palaces are now converted into Hotels. You can stay there. You can see Delhi, Haridwar, Rishikesh for spiritual tourism. . Kashmir for its beauty. Kerala and Tamil for their gorgeous temples. Actually each and every state of India has a lots to see. If you are interested You can search it on line.

Well OP is a false flagging Indian claiming to be an Australian. He's probably an immigrant yet disowns his Indian heritage.

As for your question; Simple. Australia is a first world, developed country. The rest you mentioned are all developing.

Is it a nice place?

Yes.
This city is famous for its food and festivals. Our festival cizen will start in 2 months from now and last for almost 3 months having back to back festivals lasting for 2 to 10 days.

it is Very famous for Diamond Polishing, Cloths and heavy industries etc. We have huge companies making Nuclear submarine to nuclear reactors to ships, huge capacity Steel and poly ethylene plants etc. This is among the fastes developing city of the India and world. It is very inexpensive and has an excellent law and order. Once the people come here generally do not go back(Indians) and stay here.
