I have been watching these forums and Indian and Pakistani posters always seem to be at war on here. If Pakistan and India get together there will be economic stability for Pakistan as well as internal.

For starters; try not to label Pakistan with your sweeping statement; which however, reflects that either you are oblivious of world's dynamics and how states function or either you have a prejudice. In both cases, for now, i prefer to ignore what you have said.

Coming to your wishful thought; in an ideal world that would be a perfect scenario. But last time i checked colonization happened, millions are being/were killed for resources, power, money; aboriginals (Americans, Australians, new Zealanders etc.) were massacred, slavery was practiced. I am pretty sure it's not the ideal world.

Again a sweeping statement. You need to learn quite a bit more about Pakistan and India relations. History, national interests and power struggle of this region. I thank you for your good thoughts and taking your time to post it, however, please don't make such statements again and at the same time present yourself as a person with good intent. As i am not a big fan of cunning people.

To understand this one must know the history as to what made them separate in the first place.
In British India, the Muslim League representing Muslims of the subcontinent believed that Muslims can not live with Hindus and hence they needed to have a separate nation where they can govern themselves as per Islamic Rule and the British obliged them.

On the other hand the Indian National Congress believed in Secularism and thus even after muslims having got Pakistan, 1/3rd muslims of the sub continent remained in India. Later Indian constitution gave all its citizens equal rights unlike Islamic Republic of Pakistan where Muslims are privileged but non muslims are considered 2nd class citizens as they don't have same rights as muslims.

This is the basis of their hatred towards hindus and India. They mention Kashmir only because Kashmir has a muslim majority but they forget that their "two nation theory" failed when muslim east pakistan separated from west pakistan. Since India helped east pakistan to gain independence, their hatred for India is now seems like cast in stone. They have vowed to bleed India with thousand cuts and thats how they are supporting terrorists in India.

Pakistan can only be friends with India when it adopts the values of secularism and understands that people of different religions can live together with peace.

Obviously he did that on purpose just to convey that if Indira Gandhi can be misspelled as Indra Ghandy then so can Bhutto be a Bhutta and Ayub can be Ajaib. Thats why you find in pdf nations like Endia and Porkistan.

The hate between the two countries is based on the ideology on which the two nations stand. During India's freedom movement, Muslim league asked for a country for Muslims. This was anathema for Indian national congress and Indian Hindus at large. The idea of Indian national congress was a country for all irrespective of religion, caste, color, ethnicity and creed. So the creation of Pakistan was unacceptable to majority of Indians at that time, leading to one of the worst riots in human history. 20 million people displaced and 2 million killed. The hatred is deep and, mainly, the hatred is not just limited to governments but to people at large. Majority of Indians hate Pakistan, and most of Pakistanis hate India. I don't see any improvement in India - Pakistan relations for a long long time to come.

If you look at size of the economy, India's GDP is 2.5 trillion while Pakistan's 300 billion, so the that make India 8.3 time larger than Pakistan's. So nowhere near 10 times as you claim.
