I respect your view point, most Bangladeshi's I find are of this view point. But these two "brothers" actually have anything but brothers throughout long 1400 years of history of Islam. They have attempted to wipe each other out whenever they found an opportunity and that is exactly what is happening in Mid-east today. When Iran found an opening after invasion of Iraq, they helped majority Shia topple the Sunni dominated Bath regime there. Iran soon took the Nusayri (Alawite, who were not even considered proper Muslim earlier) under their wing to complete their arc of Shia crescent from Iraq's border to borders of Lebanon. And all through this period their fake support for Sunni Palestinian cause was to give the impression that they are non-sectarian and champions of Muslim cause regardless of sect.
I would urge you to read the papers I posted in this thread, more information can never hurt:

The OP is a detailed strategy paper from a moderate Muslim Brotherhood affiliated lobby group intellectuals who clearly point out Iran as a threat for Arabs and other Sunni Muslims.
This Shia Sunni conflict the Mullah's of Iran have initiated since 1979, will only end when Iran is defeated in Syria and Lebanon and perhaps when Iraq will decide to reject Iran's bid to include this Arab country in their sphere of influence and opt to go for their Arab brothers instead. Other than sectarian unity, Iran has little to offer Iraq, which can gain much more if they are with a united 400 million strong Arab League, regardless of their sect affiliations.
I am all for unity and peace, but sometimes peace comes through defeat of one side and when the defeated side come to face reality they cannot avoid any more.
