Why are the Japanese worried about the Uighurs so much?

You can get a translation to English, just mess around with the CC captions below (transcribe to audio then choose language).

. . .
Because that's what journalists do. They report on situations around the world.

There is no conspiracy here.

.
Because Japanese are allies with Turks since ancient times..

. .
Uighurs past shouldn't be something that should be looked into.

. .
Send them to Turkey. We have large fields in the east currently vacant.

No, all Uighurs are citizens of China and they are an essential part of China. Most if not all do not want to go anywhere but stay here in Xinjiang. Small number of self serving separatists do not represent the majority.

.
Uighurs are enemies of the Turks in ancient time, Uighur is made up of multiple ethnicities living in xinjiang, their ancestors founght along side with Han Chinese to chase Turks out of central Asia, extending China's territory beyond the Wall.

.
Uighurs speak a form of eastern Chagatai Turkic language and consider themselves as sedentary Turkic people like Uzbeks, who speak a form of western Chagatai Turkic.

. . .
Still no one explain what's the connection between Japan and our Uighure. Anyone?

I would guess that it is following the US/Western policy of supporting human rights, as Japan does not seem to have any "active" foreign policy of its own, pursuing its own spheres of influence and interest with any kind of global ambition, for the time being.
