Who Needs An Islamic State?

i don't want to hurt feelings of members here but so many man made laws have to be used in an Islamic law state, like internet rules, traffic rules, immigration rules etc etc etc, which are all man made rules. so how come a state can say that it is following pure Islamic law. whereas to live in modern world one has to live with modern man made rules.

Islam does not allow anyone to force anyone to convert to Islam.................Islam tells us that we should treat non muslims in such a way that they get impressed and attracted to Islam automatically

by changing time there is a specific way by which certain laws are decided according to the need of time........this is called IJTEHAD
i agree these bold part is man made law but if their base is upon islamic teachings then they are fine such as if these laws base on justice and welfare of community but if they are contraindicated with the basic teachings of Islam then they are not good

lolz.....if being good to someone is brainwashing then many people brainwashed me and i brainwashed them on daily basis.......
for example.....if i am good to you , you will call it brainwashing AND if i am not good to you then you will call is injustice now you tell me what i should do? thats not fair dear

Islam gave us the boundaries that we can't go out of it and within that we derive any law ( ijtehad ) that benefit the society provided it is not against quran and sunna

Every religion is good by its own ways. Muslims in India are called minorities by themselves as if the the Hindu Majority population is taken a oath to end the Muslim race.
We live in harmony unless some miscrients provoke something like a riot

u are trying to say that if someone declares that internet, dance, music, T.V, all vehicles, lavish houses, hotels,sports, picnic etc etc are unIslamic then all these things should be banned.

This is not ture, I have a muslim friend, he has been good to me, so have I been. but we have never influenced each other over religion. This is utter false to say that brainwashing happens. The injustice of certain practice like limitaion is the problem that I see in enforcing a perticular religon as a state religion.

you can leave your God in your prayer halls but WE cant............
we live in harmony with minorities too and in a better way than many other countries

if someone is good to me then i would call it a good gesture but if someone is praising his/her religion in front of me again and again then i would surely call it brainwashing.
