Who is India's better friend than Bangaldesh

I don't wish to spoil your thread pal but as a citizen of Bangladesh(though I have doubt) shouldn't you be asking question like this:

Who is proven and good friend of Bangladesh in the time of need?

Instead you decided to open a thread to ask Indian related question in BD section. You think about India and it's interest as if India really care about Bangladesh.

No wonder Bangladesh is disarrayed and floating in the sea without aim to reach any destination.

Someone didnt like talking friendship with India. Frankly this thread could do without that response. Why turn every single thread into India vs Pakistan/Bangladesh/ or any bloddy thing on this planet? Some sadistic pleasure associated with going Anti-India everytime?

One of the two major political parties ie the BNP is anti-India to the core. India has to do something about that. Either change BNP's outlook or somehow neuter the Islamist/Ummah type tendencies, so the country becomes anti-BNP, forcing the party to change its policies. Develop relations with all levels of the Bangladeshi hierarchy.

Are you ******* kidding me or what? You must have drinking alot of your home made "desi daru" as you are talking rubbish. Who the hell are you to change the outfit of BNP or any other party in BD? BNP is follower of General Zia and deeply rooted with Islamic believe so long there is Islam and mumin Muslim living in BD land then there will always be a BNP either with same name or under different name. BNP is actually Bangladeshi version of Muslim league my friend so keep on dreaming because it won't be reality.

Very well said Mishrajee. I would also invest in BD economy and infrastructure as well, where ordinary people can also see the Indian contributions in thier social lives, not just in political systems. BNP's whole mandate is to be Anti-India.

India can not even provide enough to its 400 million people who live < $1 a day. India needs to provide for its own poor people before making big talk let alone big investment. Otherwise thousands of farmers will kill themselves and maoist will rule india. Which are danger to indian neighbors.

Common Gabbar don't lower your self to like your country men. I thought you are better with sense of reality but you disappoint me bro. India may have better infrastructure in some major city but my friend India isn't any position to help BD with any god damn things as many of your cities and vast rural are under developed. So my humble request to you is that please help your people first then offer your help to us as we still will not take you seriously. kapish!!

It is of utmost importance that we cultivate excellent relations, not merely good relations with BD.

Good relation can not be cultivated as india and indian precived. Good relation comes from mutual trust and respect. Indian showed its back to both for last 40 years. When you try cultivate you get thread like this opened for indian amusement only.

Now from rest of your post, indian hate is very much evident toward Islam and bond Islam promotes. Changing belief of people to pursue indian agenda - only indian can come with such bankrupt idea.

nobody can forcefully help you Al-zak...but india is helping BD...India gave an aid of $37 million in the period 2007-08...India is exporting 500,000 tons of rice to BD at lower rates... the India-BD trade has grown 145&#37; in the last year...and stands at around...2.5 billion$ for 2008...

the picture of the undeveloped rural india that is so comforting to you...is your own vivid imagination that refuses to move on with the times...infrastructure has improved alot in the rural areas...and we have the highest density of highways and railways...largest provision of electricity throughout south-asia...and a substantial amount of the village population has been made computer/IT aware in the past 2-3 years....i know you'd be tempted to post them images of rural india from the 1960s...but i do admit that everything could have been faster...
