Here is a more reliable source than wikipedia..India ranks 28th while Pakistan is not in top 40.Bear in mind TIVs(Trend İndicator Values) do not represent the financial value of goods transferred. Instead, TIVs are an indication of the volume of arms transferred.

Hmm.the link i gave doesn't work for some reason.Just go to

Thanks for the amazing links.

But for some reason they don't seem to indicate Arms and Ammunition.Which is Pakistan's Main Export fetching 500 Million Dollars in 2008.POF has canceled 500 Million dollars worth of Export Orders in 2010 due to the Requirements of War On terror.

"We are in the process of getting the necessary permission [for sales]," A. Sivathanu Pillai, CEO of BrahMos Aerospace, said on the sidelines of Defexpo 2010.

A senior company executive, who asked not to be named, said "serious negotiations" were underway with South Africa, Brazil and Chile for a maritime version of the missile, while Indonesia has been offered a land-based BrahMos.

What is India's Share in Brahmos Project.I mean like Pakistan's share is 50% in JF-17.So if you export Brahmos to some one how much royalty would you have to give to Russians.

Which country has purchased the Al-Khalid ?Saudi Arabia did not buy the tank after conducting field tests.

Actually it was because of Poor Marketing rather than the Performance of the tank.I mean Al-Khalid Perfected Saudi Requirements of Operating in the desert.
And didn't Sri Lanka Bought a Few Al-Khalid.

And again a Request to my Pakistani Bros.If anyone has Export Figures besides POF Please Post.

No problem.Yes,you are right about arms and ammunition. These were only major conventional weapons. It's amazing how difficult to find actual numbers when it comes to arms exports

.
I think the question proposed by my friend was what indo-Pak HAVE exported in past.
And without figures from GOP we cant say anything but whatever it was in 2008 we exported weapons worth 500 million$ and india lagged much behind.
Not to forget out bad publicity of our products.

.
I appreciate all the details Provided by Indian Members. But still i am requesting one thing as Previously requested.Any Details on the Value of Exports.I mean for how much they have been sold.

Same for Pakistani Bros.

.
India is not a great arms exporter.

One can only export items, one is good at making. India is not good at making arms and ammunition, so India exports these items less. On the other hand, India is good in spreading the message of non-violence, peace and love. So, India exported yoga, spiritualism, message of non-violence and Non-Alignment, and keeps to do so.

Can't help, we have been made so over the past 5,000 years.

.
The Indian Exports Normally go around 200-250 Million Dollars max { Yearly }

.
2009 year export figures were approximately

India - $ 244 Million
Pakistan - $350 Million

.
2009 year export figures were approximately

India - $ 244 Million
Pakistan - $350 Million

Don't know about India but from where did you got Figures for Pakistan.

I mean only a single Organization POF canceled orders worth 500 Million dollars in 2010.And it earned a total revenue of 500 million dollars exporting arms in 2008.

I think overall figure excluding JF-17 should be around a Billion Dollars(Could be wrong just rough estimate).
