Who do you think will be the next Prime Minister of Pakistan after Imran Khan?

.
Or Hammad Azhar. Both of are potential candidates. And I personally believe, these two and Sania Nishtar are assets for PTI.

Agree 100%. All 3 are among the best in my opinion.

. . .
A PM has to be a father figure for the nation and i reckon Sheryar Afridi has those characteristics.
true. He has to be a father figure to the people, not politicians with dark, vested interests though...there's a fine line between being a father figure and a total push over, no?

Maryam mawaz & bilawal for next 50 years

Followed by maryum son who is in england

Now that you mention it, I could actually see Hammad Azhar as PM. He's a western educated guy who is familiar with the ins and outs of Pakistan's economy and diplomacy. He is probably one of the most qualified guys in my opinion. Dude is as sharp as a tack if you have seen his interviews, he has met with a lot of world leaders as well, impressive. He is definitely PM material if I ever saw it. World Economic Forum (WEC) said Hammad Azhar was one of the world's most promising leaders under 40.

Unfortunately I see it this way too. If PTI manage a second term they might get their shit together and put someone like Murad Saeed or Asad Umar in a prominent role - but I full expect SM Qureishi to expect to be given the opportunity to lead the party.

I wouldn't vote for him - would you?
Agreed Murad Saeed has some rough corners but these could be smoothened out by maturity. Hammad Azhar has lot of potential.

I actually like Sheryar Afridi.
Me too.

*The sad part is in any other country facing the problem Pakistan has would have had person like Imran Khan ruling for two decades providing the steady, stable government for long term planning and reforms to be consolidated. Think Putin. Took over in 1998 and still in power. Think Erdogan. Took over in ear;y 2000s and still in power. Think Mahatir ruled for over two decades. Developing or countries facing difficulties can't afford game of music chairs at the top. They need steady governments. All these countries I mentioned made huge progress under their rulers. our people should have had PMIK at the helm since at least 2000 and by now time for his retirement. Instead he took over in the twilight of his years.

And before anybody says 'India' don't forget in the most crucial formative period of that countries history Nehru ruled for over 17 years till his death laying down the structure of that country giving it the stability it has enjoyed ever since. States were established, IITs established and stable consitution incubated etc

Dont You Know Some People have this silly Idea that IK is nothing more than a Puppet and Bajwa is pulling all the Strings behind the Curtain. Its actually Hatred for Khan speaking nothing more.
exactly indian narrative and we have enough blind in Pakistan who will support PPP PMLN MQM PTM BLA or any other party but Pakistan and sadly we just leave them alone for sake of tolerance when they come back to our throat and tells us that we know your secret be afraid of that time when we will spit to others.

Guys the magic solution would be to do a nikah between Bilawal and Maryam. They have a child and he is then groomed into being leader. Perfect combination of dynasties. His surname would be double-loaded. Bhutto-Sharif. We got the best combo for next 100 years. End off.

*And I know Maryam is married but for the good of democracy she could be finessed into the arms of Bilawal.

.
Second term for IK in 2023 and Hammad Azhar in 2028.

Those have dreams of Maryam Nawaz must have forgotten how she is disqualified, and Billoo Rani heads a regional party even there the chakka is getting unpopular.

After Imran Khan, who do you think will become the next of Prime Minister of Pakistan? Will they be better or worse?
Well, this is a a question which is asked a lot and almost always it is answered based on one's personal liking and political/party affiliations. While answering this we usually forget how sensitive and important this actually is and how it will determine the future of Pakistan and politics in Pakistan as well.

For me, and this is a personal opinion but based on careful study of current situation and our previous trends, the answer to this is a bit complicated than naming a name. However, it is not something that will bother us in 2023. Personally i think that 2023 elections will be won by PTI once again. The only thing that remains to be seen is how strongly they perform in 2023 elections. If PTI manage to deliver on public sector and infrastructure development in their last two years and are able to stabilize the economy they will find themselves in a position/government stronger than the current one. If they fail to do that, they will still win as there are surely little reforms being introduced and gains being made that will ensure a victory but then it might not be a very strong government. Another important thing will with campaign and voter persuasion. PTI will need to come out with fact based numbers. What was the debt when they took over, how much more they borrowed, what have the returned, where do we stand inflation wise, explain why some indicators have gone worse, explain why others are doing better. Educate the people and make it look like you and your decision are accessible to the public. That will help do better in elections. So in short, the "Who will be next prime minister after Imran Khan" is not a thing that will bother us in 2023. It will go to 2028!!

For me, PTI and Imran Khan were never the end goal or the destiny of Pakistan. It was ALWAYS the first step towards that destiny. This was the step that would cleanse the rotten political system of the country and set us on the right path. Now while people have mentioned names like Hammad Azhar or Murad Saeed or Asad Umer, all of whom i admire (and there is Shehryar Afridi, Sania Nishtar, Yasmin Rashid) i am not sure if post 2028 Pakistan will need PTI. I think around that time we can do a lot better. I hope a new PTI emerges by that time which will challenge the mistake of Imran Khan and PTI, which will offer better alternatives and options. That is when we will take that next step towards a better future.

As for those who are saying Maryam or her son or Bilawal etc, i feel sorry for you people. That ship and sailed inshallah. INSHALLAH Pakistan wont be subjected to dynastic tyrant rulers anymore. Inshallah.
