- The President, is directly voted upon by the people directly
- The Prime Minister is elected from the legislative branch
- President does have specialized people in his cabinet
- Prime Minister does not have specialized people in his cabinet because he makes minister to legislators.
- In Presidential system, legislative body can have different belief other than president and can prevent to president to passing such laws which can be harm for people
- In Parliamentary system, legislative body & prime minister have same beliefs & prime minister can pass any law on his own wishes
- Parliament can impeach to President in presidential system if he does not preform appropriately
- Parliament is rubber stamp in parliamentary system and cannot impeach to Prime Minister in his wrong doings
- In presidential system, there is only one head of state
- In parliamentary system, there is two head of the state
Conclusion: Presidential system is more democratic than parliamentary system ... Parliamentary system suits to elementary Kingdom, like UK ... It does not suit to countries like Pakistan & others because rubber stamp president is no more needed in democracy ... That is why Turkey has also changed its form of government to Presidential system from Parliamentary ......
