3) Governor election (Provincial level)
4) Parliamentary election (Provincial level)
5) Mayor election (City level)
6) LG election (District level)

All will be autonomous in each capacity .......

Provincial & federal legislators would not hold budgets, they would not get ministries, they will just make & modified laws ... They all wI'll be representative of people ....
President will be represent of people too ... He will make his technocrats cabinet ... All they will expert in their fields and they must follow the laws which would have made by legislators ... Parliamentarians can make them accountable if their wrong doings may found ......
Provincial governments & parliament will work same as federal ... All provinces will represent in senate but nobody can become senator from other province's seat ......
LG members will hold development budgets & will do their work under mayor vision .....
