Which regions of Pakistan are more developed ?

In countries , especially the 3 rd world there are bound to be some hi tech and beautiful areas while the rest not so developed . I wanted to know which parts of Pakistan are more developed .
Since @A1Kaid opened a similar thread asking about India I felt curious to open such a thread .

Punjab and Karachi! And Gwadar is reaching towards development

Overall, Punjab followed by Sindh are better developed than the other two

In terms of economic activity, better living standards, better educational institutions - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, sialkot, faisalabad and to some extent multan and abbotabad.

Rest of the Punjab which is the majority and the parts of the country are not upto mark despite the fact that other parts of the country are far more rich in natural resources.

What do you mean by "developed" exactly?

Northern Punjab (including Lahore and Islamabad). Southern Punjab is less developed by comparison. I would love to see Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa developed more as these two Provinces have amazing natural beauty.
