Does any Pakistani know what development plans exist for the city, district or province they live in, for instance , in the next year or the next 5 yrs?

Given that the doubling time for cities at present rates of growth is about 8 years, and given the lack of civic sense, municipal planning and financial resources, the best guess for development plans is called "anything goes" at best and "clusterfcuk" at worst.
