What's new

When the vatican gang gets caught red handed

Man : Who gave you permission to do this

Wamen: it's my job

Man: what job, who gave you permission

Waman: walks away

Man:lets go to the police station , did I or anyone call you to our house to convert us. Let's go to the police .

(Says Same line)

Senior women : yes we were called, (covers face )

Man: who ... Come lets go to the police

Basically feed false promises and lies , in most cases even bribe to convert them , bribing or asking anyone to convert faith uninvited is illegal
if someone is willing to change their religion for money well then wouldn't u not want them as a follower of ur religion? If a Muslim changed his/her religion for some money I would say "good riddance".

As for a person knocking on ur door to preach...there's no reason to get offended. It's happened to me and I politely just refuse. Why should I or anyone be offended over something like that?

Is that a crime in India?
Vatican does try to win converts from all over the world. Not just India
Forced conversion is illegal. There have been cases involving some missionaries offering money for conversion and pension from Church.

It's mostly through the funds from the evangelical organizations from US, UK. It's a big business. Vatican has less hand in it. They are a bunch of priests.

more US than UK.. churches in uk are broke.. not like US mega churches with millions of dollars...
anyway i have seen christians following local customs in many places, its normal when people change religion they still keep their custom... there is no conspiracy in an indian christian using photo of jesus like some hindu god...

That's just more of a bribe...not exactly forced conversion. It says more about the character/morals/devotion to beliefs of that individual willing to switch religion for money than it does about the person offering such things.

in some states in India(with big tribal population, who have converted to Christianity) they have law against bribe being used to lure people... not saying i agree with the law, but thats how it is.

May be, I don't know man. I didn't make any conclusions. I said what I read....

In my Opinion, if you convert don't try to redraw the gods. It may be offending for others.

I'm quoting the law. I'm not saying it is good or it's bad. I rather not make a opinion on the law of land.

people get offended too easily now a days... i have never seen hindus being offended because others follow their custom... may be islamization has crept in quite a bit via rss as somebody with tiger avatar(forgot his id) pointed out.

That's an argument to browbeat Hindus into being ashamed of their roots and culture.
This single argument has been used for decades to convert hindus at will.

The game is over my friend. We will assert.
the law is very clear. You can't come into my home and preach.

There is a difference between dancing in the streets to barging into the houses.

Muslims take out possessions on their festivals - perfectly fine with me.
That's very different to what I am talking about, which is people entering into my home and insulting my religion 7 gods - which is against law.

i am not talking about christians entering somebody's house and insulting their religion... thats a dik move no matter which religion you follow.
now if your bar is too low(oh look christian lady wearing saree and bangles, thats our dress, this is cultural misappropriation bla bla...) i cant help you... may be you should take life little less seriously and not get triggered unnecessarily.

You want me to pretend that they are doing it because of our culture?
Dude, I went to convent school as a kid. I remember exactly how the atmosphere was.

This cultural hijacking is a recent phenomenon to lure people.
if it was part of respecting local culture, the last they would have done is to anglicise their names after conversion.

What's the big deal butt hurt bhartis? You just tell them to keep it moving and that's it. You think this doesn't I happen in the US? I just tell them no thanks and shut the door instead crying like a sensitive little bitch aka bharti.

This is the height of hypocrisy. Freedom to practice one's religion, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO PREACH IT TO THOSE NOT BELONGING TO IT, is in the Constitution.

The OP specialises in this kind of attack.
