If protest is individual then it might be for personal gains. But if it is collectective then it shows system isn't working and working conditions aren't suitable.

My contention was if you wish to listen to music (no matter whatever your choice) ........ fine it’s your choice, but when you try saying .................. anyone who doesn't want to listen to the music or isn't interested in music is Zombies ................. that’s where you are wrong……. labeling others.

Music isn't like water ............. it's just another escape from the real life. FYI in evening of the day when we had this argument ..... I was in a music mehfil of my friends..... where many musical instruments were present, and I had commented that harmonium is not a versatile music instrument and it couldn't be king of the instruments, however Rubaab is a different story.

It is added with an objective e.g. praise to woman, praise to country, praise to Holy Prophet s.a. or nature and good weather. So basically a thing that can't survive on its own for too long, objecting it is also meaningless.

May be then we need to analyse how much good and how much bad it is bringing ............... I don't object neither I approve of it .............. I do it for my personal satisfaction, when I feel like I listen and at times when I am not in mood I won't. I won't object to anyone listening to it unless it is disturbing me .......... neither I would support people who keep on objecting just for the sake of objecting.
