1 Small advise to you bro........
baray ho jao bhai jaaan these days nobody give damn shi* to behan jee type boys........... i know you are living in Pakistan and that peoples of Pakistan are very beautiful indeed.......... but this is 21st century that is changing everyday............ so stop making sisters on internet and concentrate on something useful instead 
if you ever go abroad or start working in professional life with Behan jee attitude....... you will never be successful like that

Well fully agreed with your bolder point but just change the word baray with "chalu" or "Selfish" then it will be more appropriate.
but i will not suggest this for him if he is really not that type.
if he will change then also he will feel guity at some point of his life and if he will not change then also he will be the one of the most frustated person on earth.
So don't sugggest anything, tell him these are two ways and you will get this from this option and you will get that from another option.let him decide bcoz afterall it is his life.So he has a right to choose where he want to go.
Actully iska 20-21th century se kuch lena-dena nahi hain.
We come from a soceity jaha par hame bachpan me bataya jata hian ki if you will do this,if u will do that then you will get everything.
but actual me iska bilkul opposite hota hian If you will do scarify for any thing then it means you are loosing something for yourself and giving something to someone and at the end that person will never understnd.
so you will feel frustate and will start complaining.
And the bottom line are
1.negative is more powerfull than positive
2.Har insaan restricted(Buri) cheezo ki taraf jyada attract hota hia aur use hi choose karta hain and want to take a risk rather than right one .
3.Bad boys/girls always get better chances than good boys/girls.
that you can find on gali ki nukkar......
