Tharkipan is directly proportional to demand and supply. when the demand is high and the supply is low then thankipan is increased

that can derived as

tharkipan is directly proportional to demand and inversly proportional to supply

so
tharkipan = (thankipan factor) * demand/supply

(now thats some nonsense i used to do in my engineering)
