I believe, it is quite an old incidence, where some PMLN workers raised some slogans, at the Mazaar, against IK and PTI government.

نے اس خواب کی تکمیل کا راستہ روکنے کیلئے ہندوستان کی مغربی سمت پہل کی اور جولائی 1839ء میں افغانستان پر حملہ کر دیا۔ ڈیڑھ سالہ جنگ کے بعد اکتوبر 1842ء میں برطانیہ کو بدترین شکست ہوئی جس کا مشہور واقعہ کابل میں الفنسٹن (Elphinstone) کمپنی کے بیس ہزار برطانوی سپاہیوں کا قتل تھا۔ برطانیہ نے اپنی ہزیمت مٹانے اور روس کو باسفورس کے ساحلوں تک پہنچنے سے روکنے کے لئے کریمیا کا محاذ کھولا تھا۔ یہاں معاملہ مختلف ہوا اور کریمیا میں برطانیہ جیت گیا، جس کے بعد برطانیہ نے ایک بار پھر 1878ء میں افغانستان پر حملہ کر دیا، لیکن اس بار بھی اسے ناکامی کا منہ دیکھنا پڑا۔ اب دونوں طاقتوں میں سکون آ گیا اور پہلی جنگِ عظیم شروع ہو گئی، اس دفعہ روس کو برطانیہ اور فرانس نے اپنے ساتھ ایک عسکری رومانس میں پھنسا لیا،جس کے تحت اس سے ایک وعدہ کیا گیا کہ جنگ جیتنے کے بعد بحرِاسود کی اجارہ داری روس کو دے دی جائے گی،باسفورس اس کے زیرِ نگیں ہو گا اور استنبول پر اس کا پرچم لہرائے گا،روس نے سر دھڑ کی بازی لگائی۔اس جنگ میں سب سے زیادہ فوجی روس کی جانب سے لڑے اور سب سے زیادہ نقصان بھی روس کا ہی ہوا۔اس جنگ میں یوکرین کی آبادی دو حصوں میں تقسیم ہو گئی، 35 لاکھ نے روسی فوج کا ساتھ دیا جبکہ صرف ڈھائی لاکھ آسٹروہنگری سلطنت کی جانب سے لڑے۔ یوکرین کے محاذ پر آسٹروہنگری کے 3 لاکھ 24 ہزار سپاہی مارے گئے،دو لاکھ بیس ہزار زخمی ہوئے اور ڈھائی لاکھ قیدی بنا لئے گئے، جبکہ روس کے بھی ڈھائی لاکھ سپاہی مارے گئے اور چالیس ہزار قیدی بنا لئے گئے۔روس نے اتنا بڑا نقصان اُٹھا کر اور اپنے اتحادی پولینڈ کو ناراض کرتے ہوئے یوکرین پر قبضہ کر لیا اور یوں وہ بحرِاسود کے ساحل پر جا پہنچا،جہاں سے استنبول سامنے دکھائی دیتا تھا۔اب وعدہ کے ایفاء کا وقت آن پہنچا تھا۔ اگر اس وقت فرانس اور برطانیہ روس کو استنبول حاصل کرنے میں مدد ادھر زارِ روس کے ساتھ وعدے کے ایفاء کا وقت قریب آیا اور ادھر برطانیہ نے خفیہ طور پر روس اور یوکرین کے یہودیوں کو بالشویک انقلاب کا ہراوّل دستہ بننے کو کہا۔ روس کے یہودیوں کے ساتھ فرانس، جرمنی، آسٹریا کارنامے کے صلے میں 2 نومبر 1917ء کو برطانوی وزیر خارجہ آرتھر بالفور (Arthur Balfour) نے مشہور یہودی خاندان روتھ شیلڈ کو خفیہ خط کے ذریعے وعدہ کی تصدیق پہنچائی اور کہا کہ برطانیہ تسلیم کرتا ہے کہ دُنیا بھر میں آباد تمام یہودی ایک قوم ہیں اور انہیں واپس اپنے وطن فلسطین میں جانے کا حق حاصل ہے جہاں سے وہ 70ء عیسوی میں نکالے گئے تھے اور اس سلسلے میں تاجِ برطانیہ ان کی مکمل مدد کرے گا۔ کیمونسٹ انقلاب، زارِ روس کی حکومت کے خاتمے اور روس کو باسفورس کی کشمکش سے علیحدہ کرنے کے صلے میں جب 14 مئی 1948ء کو اسرائیل بنا تو روس کے اکثر یہودیوں کو وہاں آباد کیا گیا۔ قیام کے شروع کے چند سالوں میں تو اسرائیل ایسے لگتا تھا جیسے یہ روس کا کوئی حصہ ہے۔ ان بے وفائیوں اور دھوکوں کے بعد سے آج تک کی تاریخ جدید دَور کی کشمکش اور سرد جنگ کی تاریخ ہے۔ روس جب تک اپنی کیمونزم کے نفاذ میں مگن رہا، اسے بالکل نہیں چھیڑا گیا لیکن جیسے ہی کیمونسٹ روس نے بھی پیٹر دی گریٹ کی طرح گرم پانیوں کا خواب دیکھنا شروع کیا اور بحرِاسود یا بحیرۂ عرب کے گرم پانیوں تک پہنچنے کے لئے 1979ء میں افغانستان میں افواج داخل کیں تو برطانیہ نے 2022ء کی جنگ کے دوران روس میں آج وہی چالیس پرانے زخم ہرے ہو چکے ہیں اور ہر خاص و عام میں صرف ایک ہی تصور شدید گہرا ہے، ایک ہی نعرہ گونجتا ہے کہ جب تک برطانیہ اس دُنیا میں موجود ہے ہم روسی امن سے نہیں 1. Unless I missed some words I found no mention of MI6 as having started Communism. MI6 was formed in 1906 whereas modern Communism was propagated through the world via the publication of The Communist Manifesto in 1848 and among the various influences I think would have been Napoleon's French Revolution that started in 1788 and in India Tipu Sultan was influenced by that revolution and was a correspondent with Napoleon. The plan of Tipu and Napoleon was for the French army to enter India in bigger numbers and work with Tipu's forces to expel the British out of the Mysore region and possibly out of India itself in good time. In today's terms Tipu would have been called an internationalist :

Will the author and newspaper call that event anything but the wrongly labelled "Rawalpindi Conspiracy" ?
