from what I know, the communists are slowly losing their grip from the young ones in this Kerala generation.

sad that is... kerala is turning more reactionary from my outside perspective.

in fact, the communist parties in kerala do not recognize a certain practice rot within them... i will give two examples from there.

a few years ago, one of the communist groups raided in a big mob the house of a congress man, in order to catch him in the company of a lady not his wife and then they made this news all over the papers... since when did communists become "moral police" like the reactionary right-wingers??

last year, i knew a young chap who in his college days used to be part of sfi... but he decided to quit after a while in disillusion because rather than revolutionary zeal, the platform and reach of sfi was being used by members to settle petty personal scores.

because Kerala has always been very conservative.

It is not that. Or because not all of it. Their popularity is not declining from more reactionary forces, but also the youth of kerala wants to see kerala more economically developed.

There are a lot of youth who wants society to be liberal, but disagree vehemently with the economic policies of the communist parties.

Industry have been driven away, businesses have been driven away. There is high unemployment due to this.

The communist party has fallen behind and it seems like an old party.

@jamahir I do ask curiously though. what is up wit you and South Indian actresses. Most indian men have their eyes set on the punjabi and bengali beauties in Bollywood.

this is very different from the socialists in other societies... and the communist parties in india recognize their failure and have been speaking about renunification ( that 60's split of the single cpi ).

Secondly, there is a need to strengthen the Left by broadening the scope and ambit of Left unity. In the recent period, we have taken some steps towards that. Six parties came together for joint actions against the policies of the Modi government, in defence of the livelihood of the people and against US imperialism. We have to work towards broadening Left unity further by bringing all Left parties, groups and individuals together for joint actions and united movements.

Thirdly, there is the necessity for forging greater coordination between the Left-led class and mass organizations working among different sections of the people. This should become the trigger for broader united mass movements and campaigns.

while i do like some of the bengali beauties of bollywood ( riya sen, tanushree dutta ) the heroines most promoted by media or the teenage males have no appeal for me... kareena, katrina, bipasha and their six-packs and "toned" arms have no appeal for me.

though of course i like sonakshi, huma, and also ileana and shraddha even though they are slimmer than the first two.

some heroines who act in the south indian industry ( all four languages ) have a certain earthy appeal... i find them sensual... though the age of "workouts" has sadly dawned in the south too.

it must be noted that not every heroine in the south is from the south... ileana is from goa and namitha is from gujarat.

oh i got it by error. As in the mod who gave it mistakenly clicked the rating feature then he/she was like ab day dee hai tau rehnay do. But i was like no its not fair lets reverse it. So i think i will ask webbie bahi. Nothing without merit is good.
