What's new

that shouldn't be the case at all dude :( You are a son of Pakistan as the rest of them. Is this a reason why Ahmadis tend to be more reasonable towards India or am I stereotyping? :D

@Indischer @levina @Alpha1

Is that right?? If you did then you shouldn't be sharing such info for your safety Alphee. Be careful
No , i don't like to call myself anything besides a muslim :)
my point was shia , sunni , ahmadi , ismaili, are all equal pakistanis, i find it extremely disgusting when some people (fundoos)
caste a doubt on the patriotism and pakistaniyat of our minorities

I can understand that since my family is from two conflicting sects its easier for me to imagine. I agree with you on that.

:)

Reeally? did they have to face any repercussions?

Well my maternal relatives are shia and my paternal ones are sunni so there can be conflicting opinions. None of them feels targetted. The one thing i appreciate is that they maintain a dignified silence over the few differences in their beliefs and don't inculcate any hatred based on such petty issues.

My grandmother was a communist who worked for Women's rights and caste injustice in the 1950's.

She had to face a lot of flak over that. Like her alleged 'promiscuity' and breaking down social morality :disagree:

I think its reducing with each generation we all have differences in opinions or beliefs but its how we voice them that really matters. Its not that both the sides don't consider themselves the righteous ones and don't have major disagreements but how they don't get into those aspects that don't correspond to their beliefs.
