Thanks, I did want to start a thread on Alexander the Great of Macedonia, but I am not sure if I will have the time to discuss it in a detailed manner, because I am busy with my studies. Apart from that, it would require asking members to watch a lengthy documentary, & a number of explanations need to be provided alongside that due to Alexander's controversial history leaving aside the military aspect of his life.

If I do start such a discussion though, I will mention you alongside some other members too.

Thanks for the information buddy. I am going to appear for GMAT this month, I think I told you that my preparations were done, & I just need to appear for it now. I was more focused at work before that so I delayed giving the test, & am only doing some revision these days.

Which one is "Laj"? If I was to choose an institute in Pakistan, it would either be LUMS or NUST. They are the best there, am I correct? When it comes to Masters degrees, I am pretty sure the institutes' reputation & accreditations count a lot so choosing one without a good reputation isn't a good idea.

o i thot ur done wid GMAT....then u shud be applyin for fall semesters which wud be startin in sep/oct next year....

u asked abt hostels etc....i gathered info from ppl,sum studyin there or had been etc.... in lhr for MBA lums is top on da list then Punjab uni is also offerrin it in gud but da hostel conditions are NOT very satisfactry then 3rd on da list is Lahore School of Ecnomics n also COMSAT is another inst worth applyin...dunno much abt LHr branch but its ISL branch is superb...da hostel charges for COMSAT are aprox 40 ths per semester...

in ISl its first NUST then Quiad Azam Uni ,both have grt hostel facilities,then 3rd is COMSAT Isl...but u got to hav atleast 50% score in GMAT i guess to aplly in top unis

yeh but in pak students always keep atleast 5 options in their list wen applyin 4 admissions saudia mi inty inst hi nai bulki udr tu itny ghur n log hi nae tu ppl only keep 2 options alive
