In short, not sure about UK and France but US still would have emerged a victor - The Germans under Hitler were anti-jewish which sent many Jewish scientists from Hungary, Germany and other countries to US and Project Manhattan happened due to the contribution of these Jewish scientists. By 1945, the nuclear bombs were ready and few bombs in Germany and USSR from US would have decimated the armies of these two countries.

though there is no conclusive proof about this weapon,but its Hitler's nuke program that made USA to research about A-bomb,and it was Germany who was target of it..Germany escaped the fate of Japan because they surrendered earlier...

yup..I read that too..but nobody knows for sure about all the facts..Germany planned several revolutionary weapons..the world dig those several years and modify it to rearm themselves..Their innovation reached into a new height..they made new gen of U-Boats which could remain under water for several days more than previous subs..they made new Anti Aircraft shells which could direct themselves and could blast within 30-40 meters of target..they made first jet fighters,first cruise and ballistic missiles,an effective anti tank rocket launcher,heavy tanks that was almost indestructible by the tank rounds in the service(Oliphant tank destroyer)..also,many projects was still under development then..so,its hard to say whats myth and whats real..but there was active program on nuclear weapons,thats for sure..
