In my experience the longer time one spends as a member of this forum, the less toxic they become. Part of the reason i would presume why the enviroment here has become so toxic in recent years is that there has been a large spurt of newbies. In some ways PDF became a victim of its own popularity, attracting all kinds of new members in high numbers. Maybe the statistics back this theory up?
Anyways im glad the mods are planning to clamp down harder now @AgNoStiC MuSliM . PDF is a jewel and a source of pride for Pakistanis online. People from all over the world come to visit our site. There were so many other defence forums from other countries but all of them have slowly fizzled out, whereas PDF has only been growing. Lets keep it that way.
You're being too generous here. PDF ranks above 20,000 in terms of worldwide popularity. I believe it's around the 800 mark within Pakistan itself with a majority Pakistani membership base. Only ~12% of traffic is from India. The stats can be checked on Alexa webstats. The next most popular country is The United States at ~3%. Not surprising given the number of Pakistani expats based there. Countries like China, Turkey, Iran etc. have negligible amounts of traffic and don't even make an appearance on the heatmap.
Defence/military message boards have always been a niche market and will likely remain so. Regardless, moderation and management have screwed up in a big way at projecting a positive image of Pakistan. Some things such as having your Twitter account suspended and being host to discussions on genetic superiority (led by appointed TTs and admins, mind you) have irreversible negative effects on the credibility of a forum.
I'll let you know when you try to enter the dark side of the moon. Nobody wants this child predator v Chung as a mod on this website. You keep your homosexual bike ride stories with him in your personal capacity.
Eat a donkey dick. And as we say in Punjabi LTC.
Did you know that homophobia can be a sign of deep seated insecurity of one's own sexuality?
