The mosque can hold hundreds and thousands of people for prayers, moreover it is visited by hundreds and thousands more. It is a symbol which can be seen from many surrounding areas. Thus, serving as an awareness spreading tool.

People around the world are using or should I say abusing the sanctity of mosques to spread extremism and fitna, while in this case it is being used to spread awareness about a disease that kills millions of women every year. I am not a jurist, but I see nothing wrong with it, on the contrary I only see good.

I see no problem ... A mosque is served as many things and social awareness is not a wrong thing . i'd say Mosque should/Must accommodate the Polio Vaccines too and raise other Social issues not just work as breeding Extremism , issuing Fatwa's for every tom dick and harry, or under ground bunkers for Terrorists like Abdul Rashid .

Instead of using Mosque for fitna, a better purpose was served. Awareness need to be spread using the tools people respect the most.
