This one's guided
Yes Mentee but What ISIS is using a crude version of above certainly not guided but since small drone flying very low so CEP is very low means bomb hit target. If you look closely and What Imran khan posted these are modified grenades mounted plastic fins as back tails.

.
Then how come it is hitting the target so close?
Mostly they are dropped from quadcopters from couple hundred meters altitude. Also they publish most lucky shots.

How'd isis know who is deployed in which street and when that area is being guarded by the other militant group?
These outfits wearing civilian clothing can mingle the crowd easily.
Can you detect an ISIS idiot from amongst the crowd ? is he wearing a uniform ? Is he declaring his identity?
or is he walking quietly between a crowd of people ?

They speak local language, live with locals of the areas, know each and every nook and corner and alley and street. Know the timings of cops patrolling, government officials travelling, schools banks clinics opening and closing times. They know word on the street more than you and me, they mingle with criminals and they mingle with religious people. They take advantage of the soft-hearted generous people and know psychological tactics to lure people in recruitment process.

They have scouts and recruiters in many major cities of the world.

. .
From the video it looks like a ubgl grenade that has been given an appearance of a shuttlecock

.
They are free fall (gravity) bombs.. and the precision comes from the drone itself which is apparently GPS guided..It gets above its target with enough precision and drops the bombs on mostly static targets..
