Where do you get that idea from.
You think wars and mass killings don't go on in other parts of the world? What about the dark ages etc.

The Europeans of the dark ages weren't particularly tall as well. Many males were under 170cm.

If we look further at 500BC, the Indo-European Scythians of the steppe were very tall, many of these men were over 190cm.

So the height of the ancient people did vary under various circumstances.

For me, its not about height obsession but since i'm playing basketball in my college, being tall is a must eventhough i'm kind of short for a 2 guard.

Well,I think everyone had height insecurities at one point in their lives. For me it was in middle school. I thought I was going to short for ever, but had a growth spurt in 9th-10th grade.

I can pretty much tell the difference between Asians as well as the difference between the Whites.

I can tell the difference from Southern Europeans and Northern Europeans.

Northern Europeans (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dans) are hot, light hair and light eyes. Ususally tall.

Sourthern Europeans (Italians, Spanish) are darker and hot too. But shorter.

You can say the same thing to Chinese from North and South.

That is because they are from Southern China or Taiwan!!

Souther Chinese are a lot smaller compare with their Northern, North Eastern counter part!
