Actually that's a myth that the larger bomb is greater chances you have to win war.

Pakistan as developed tactical nukes along with regular ones, tactical nuke has ability to hit specific smaller targets its helpful is stopping the advancing armies , just imagine war starts and India try to send 5 to 6 thousand tanks to invade one single tactical nuke can fry them in mid way.

So with tactical nukes there is noway Indian army can attack Pakistan it will loose loose situation for them.
Nukes will target their cities and tactical nukes will fry their army nothing will be left on their side.

Hydrogen bomb are not needed however we might develop them to stabilize the power in region.

H-bomb are needed to inflict maximum damage to India, as they have better nuclear weapons and firepower, we need to level the playing field with H-BOMB, SSBN/SLBM....
