We definitely need thermonuclear bombs to deal with India. We shud stop producing more nuclear bombs and research on MIRVs and hydrogen bombs.

Payloads can be Google searched. The A-bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima was a 15 kilo ton, of TNT, sarcastically named 'Little Boy'. Caused a death of 200,000 people. A B-29 bomber was used for the payload.

Now any large to average size missile in Pakistan armament can easily weigh about 10 times more than the little boy dropped at Hiroshima and with a TNT power which can easily be 100-150 time more, my guesstimate.

The largest one will definitely have more payload and more TNT. The one thing which Pakistan has developed and excelled are the smaller, tactical, tritium tipped cruise, subsonic missiles like NASR and HATF, HATF VIII is called RAA'D, with a range as low as 65 KM to 650 KM. That is meant to stop and decimate the invading convoy of tanks, infantry, battalions in 'our' territory as well as in enemy territory. This is the game changer in Hot Start doctrine, unlike the large payload ballistic missiles.

Pakistan has had the capability to produce H-bombs, Fusion Bombs & Thermonuclear devices since at least the start of 2011:

Pakistan in all probability has already made these devices. Just havn't been made public yet.

Pakistan is closely observing Indian developments in the thermonuclear domain, and R&D in similar avenues is being actively pursued. If India ever replays 1998, Pakistan will be ready to demonstrate restoration of balance in the region.
Pakistan will not pursue development of ICBM class missiles. The focus for the foreseeable future will remain on deterring evolving Indian threats by utilizing whatever means available, in the full spectrum of nuclear warfare (ranging from tactical to strategic nuclear weapons via an ample variety of delivery systems).

I wont rate Pakistan nuke technology quite low instead Pakistan operates one of the world largest underground nuclear nexus allegedly.

Pakistan thinks of nukes as a deterrence and a balancing factor between India and Pakistan.
Imagine if both counties did not have nukes, they would have already entered a full scale war and killed a lot of people on both sides of the border. It is the nuclear dimension that has stopped both from launching an assault against the other.
