What is more humane? Death or Life Sentence?

Thanks, but not arguing whether it is the punishment fits the crime, if it's humane?

Does anybody really have the right to put a person in a small room with the same 2-3 people for the rest of their life?

You are really just treating them like animals. Like the Chicken that's waiting to be killed for food instead these guys are not living, they are alive but no goals, no dreams, no purpose, just living.

I'm not going to say what they did deserves it or not, but does anyone?

Who gave anyone the right to treat someone like that? People deserve second chances.

If you must, isn't ending it more humane than being locked in a cage for life?

Well, I think it depends...

If a person is imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay, I 'll bet its more humane if you give him capital punishment.... It is better to die than to live like an animal, even this is not sufficient to describe the tortures in that place ... .. .

Well, apart from actually gone to jail in those 2 place, I have no experience
And why would anyone go to a jail???

Your argument is misleading.

You present the issue as if someone just simply grab the justice system by himself and dispense sentences on his whims.

Q: Does anybody really have the right to put a person in a small room with the same 2-3 people for the rest of their life?

A: Yes. If that person is empowered by society to dispense sentences within a framework. It is not his right but of the people's. He is the speaker for the people.

And who give them right to rape 6-7 years old girls??who gave them right to 'kill' innocent souls with brutality, who give them right to destroy properties of innocent?who give them right for child abuse?who give them right to rob banks?who give them right to shoot/kill innocent hardworking man who is doing a white collar job, being raised and nourished by old/weak parents for the sake of few dollars?who give them?
My dear, you are seeing only one side of coin, you feel bad for them because they are imprisoned in small rooms, how do you expect to treat them?you want LEA to give them freedom,so that they will continue to do so?the entire system will be distorted, people will live in fear to loose their loved ones,if such criminals will not be punished for their crime?
