Nazi Germany and USA were major trading partners until 41. Hitler took charge in 1934 and from then and even during 1939 and 1940 all relations were normal with USA whilst France was completely run over and UK being bombed.

So, these bankers were so rich that they could loan an entire country like Germany into being rich! These bankers are only for small loans like house loan, car loan etc, not for loaning countries.
