Ahhh....another jackfruit lover hehe. I used to hate as kid, now i cant get enough. It kind of sucks because as kid I avoided the apparently awesome jackfruit jam that my grand-aunt made.



Southern Quebec - St lawrence but I do lots of stuff across eastern and southern ontario as well (eg around the great lakes). I guess you can call Montreal my base of operations overall though

Yeah kinda dark goo, though it can be lighter depending on the fruit and jaggery colour and combo used:

I guess its keralite speciality (we got keralite ancestry in my family). @Levina probably knows the jackfruit dishes (lots involving even the unripe jackfruit).

I assure no living creatures are harmed in trap and skeet. It involves shooting clay pigeons (trap they are launched flying away from you and skeet they are launched across in front of you) with shot gun.
