My home city of Faisalabad has a very mixed perception of Chinese people.
On the one hand we appreciate Chinese political, economic, and military support for helping us maintain our independence from US and India.
On the other hand many Pakistanis are fearful of too many foreign Chinese workers with questionable morality, diet, and culture coming in increasing numbers to work on CPEC.
Basically we are two very different civilizations, with almost totally opposite philosophies on life, but both of us are united to rid ourselves of the Western yoke and keep their slave India in check.
