What do British Pakistanis think of Sadiq Khan/Sajid Javed

I know the largest Pakistani diaspora in the West are the British Pakistanis and they are the oldest diaspora out there,question for you guys living in the UK what do you think of Sadiq Khan, and Sajid Javed,are they representing your communities well or just placate a certain base, and do British Pakistanis tend to vote Labour or Tory as well.

I really admire them. It goes to show that if us Pakistanis work really hard, become educated, then we can become some of the most politically powerful people in the UK like Sajid Javid and Sadiq Khan are. Sajid Javid rise has been amazing. He is virtually only 2nd to the UK prime minister. Apart from the Jews, NO OTHER ethnic minority member in the UK has EVER held such a high ranking political position........

There's some jealousy between British Pakistanis and Pakistanis.

British Pakistanis have been established here since the first wave of immigration after WW2. It seems a very small number of Pakistanis feel resentful and show hidden hatred for UK Pakistanis.

Why? Because they take the point of view 'If I can't be happy... no one can' - animal spite. That leads to retarded comments like the one by @Indus Pakistan, that suggest pleasure at anything that could lead to their downfall, like extreme terrorism.

Sajid Javed : Knows what he is doing, and is very efficient and effective. Sets a good image for Pakistans.
Sadiq Khan : A bit of leftie loonie if you ask me, but still sets a positive tone for Pakistan origin people in the UK.

My point was simple. Muslim does not exclusively equal Pakistani. When you say Muslim you mean -

Cypriots
Kurds
Iranian
Afghans
Somali
Iraqi
Pakistani

Nigerians

etc

Whereas Pakistani is just a nationality which even includes Christians, Sikhs etc. I hope you get the point.

Mirpuris are some of the most patriotic, hospitable and friendly Pakistanis out there. Yes the area was one of the least developed and under educated, but they certainly are a lot more loyal and patriotic than most Sheri (city) folk.

Sajid Javid won from Bromsgrive which is 98% native English and hardly a "Muslim" in sight. Actually I do know some of them but maybe not as well as you but it's very difficult for me to distinguish between them and other bp sometimes based on their attitude. The way I see it "miripuri" is just another excuse for other bp's to hide their own backwardness.
