It's all in good fun I'm not even serious. The easiest way to avoid bans on this site is to tease Indians (I am one so it's not fun), bangladeshis (they're too easy of a target), iranis (@2800 loves me) or Euros (hence you)

On an anonymous Internet forum, there is the least expectation that you will create only one ID and you will use for as long as the forum exists. Not as long as you feel like participating, but as long as the forum exist. It is expected that if you leave for a while, then return, you would use the same ID. It is the honest thing to do. It is fair for everybody. How would you like it if your boss or co-workers or family members changes their IDs, not merely their names, whenever they feel like it ? So on an anonymous Internet forum, the least courteous thing to do is to remain constant with the ID you came with.

I do not care if the guy is active with multiple accounts. He can claim to be a man with one ID, a woman with another, a JPNese with another, a Weejun with another, and whatever else. As long as I DO NOT know they are all his, I will treat each ID as a unique virtual person. That is the least courteous thing to do. But if he is trolling this forum with multiple IDs, each with a unique personality and history, then it reinforces what he is -- deceitful. Just like he was before.
