The one thing that the UNSC P5 agrees on, is that veto power should not be modified or extended. Which is perfectly logical, no one wants to dilute their own veto power.

UK and Russia both have veto power, there is no way they would give it up. Certainly not to Japan and Germany, after all Russia still has an active territorial dispute with Japan and is not on friendly terms with Germany. And UK after Brexit won't give up their seat to a European power, or anyone else.

Most of his posts have no substance and logic and far from the truth. No country is ready to give up veto power unless the whole world rises against this discrimination and forms a new international organisation.
