Building a dam that could prevent water to India and Bangladesh, India will try to save as much of the water that goes to Pakistan because of China threat.

Buddy, I am with you, but the current setup on all the Asian Nations have not excercised the give and take policy. Kashmir is a disputed ground for a long time, there has not even been on single step ahead in resolving the issue between Indian and Pak, both should bilatrally agree with the present LOC as a IB and start afresh

India was open to this suggestion all along, but Pakistan will not rest until they get all of Kashmir.
