LOL why such formalities, am I being punished? This post probably has no place in this thread but I was asked a question therefore I respond.

Any who, human psyche has been conditioned for thousands of years by society - which is nothing but the relation between humans. So we get conditioned by the society and in turn, we ourselves through our relationship with others condition them. Most of us are brought up as Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Catholics, Protestants etc. These things are enforced upon us, either through fear of being punished by our parents or out of fear of some retribution from some God or we simply imitate others or we lured by the promise of some heaven or jannat.

When we accept the authority of any one of them - the church, the quran, the priests, we automatically degrade others from perspective i.e the Hindus believe that their books, their gods are superior than those of others, the Muslims believe that Allah is almighty, Christians with their Jesus and so on.

You may say that you don't care much for religion but the same thing applies everywhere, everyone thinks their country is the best, Republicans hate Democrats, Democrats feel Reps are 18th century war-mongering conservatives, Non-religious people think religious as fools, Religious think of non-religious as arrogant idiots etc. Point being that when we take shelter in some belief, ideology, religion or country, we'll always create a separation between those take seek security in some other form of belief.

Why people hate Muslims the most? Maybe one can say that Muslims are quite visibly antithetical to our(i.e western) version of life - openly preaching(propogandize) their faith to everyone, highly oppressive and even violent towards people of other religions or other sects, their treatment of females, long beards(?) and other things in Muslim dominated countries. Terrorist attacks carried out by people screaming Allah-hu-Akbar, Terrorist groups justifying their violence through Quran, and their widespread popularity in some Muslim places count significantly too. We mostly use Pakistan, Partition, 26/11, Kashmir insurgency, 1965, 1999, SIMI, Indian Mujahideen to create our mental (muslim)punching bag and the western countries have Osama, Al-Qaida, Saudi (and countries like them), 9/11, death to America slogans etc for theirs.

It may be so that once Muslim menance is cured, we'll find someone/something else to hate. Who knows? Maybe we don't even give a single f**k about this 'Muslim hate stuff' outside of PDF (I don't). Regardless, as long as their is any kind of separation between humans be it in the form of countries, religion, favorite football team etc. hatred, violence, competition etc will be there.
